UVB TECHNIK, s.r.o. is recipient of a subsidy from the operational program Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness. The Operational program is focused on the development of reaseach and development capacitities.

The company main goal is to produce and offer a range of high-tech products from its own research and development for cold rolling mills and coking plants.

The purpose of the project was to expand/establish research and development infrastructure.
Access to the research infrastructure is provided to other users as a commercial service.

Acquired technologies with the possibility of being used by other entitites for R&D purposes under market conditions:

1. Overhead crane (fy GIGA montáže, GJMJ 2,5 t /15m)
2. CNC turning center for precision turning to diameter 375 mm, délky 670 mm (Hurco TMX10MYi)
3. CNC 5-axis machining center for precise maching according to table travel max.1067 x 610 x 610 mm (Hurco VMX42i)
4. CAM SW for creating 3D models and exporting code for CNC (CAD Servis, CAD/CAM SW)
5. Microwave circuit analyzer up to 14GHz, including vector, spectrum analyzer and power measurement (Keysight N9916A)
6. PC server with data storage (fy CZC, DELL)
7. Laser interferometric distance sensor for measuring dimensions up to 4 m with accuracy 1 µm (renishaw, RLE SINGLE AXIS SYST., RCU COMP. KIT)
8. 3D thermoplastic printer for printing to size 197 × 215 × 300 mm (fy 3Dwiser, Ultimaker 3 Extended)
9. LCR meter for precise measurement of inductances, capacitances and resistances (GW INSTEK, LCR-6300)
