Information on data collection and rules for processing personal data (GDPR)

The company UVB TECHNIK, s.r.o., Company ID: 25818180, with its registered office at Ostravská 79A, 748 01 Hlučín, (hereinafter referred to as the “controller”) processes your personal data.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 – (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).

Scope and purpose of processing your personal data
Your personal data is processed only to provide you with the services you request. These include:
• purchasing a product or service
• sending offers, updates and other communications
• tracking users’ movements on the website
• maintaining a customer database
• other reasons that will be communicated to you before the data is processed.
For this purpose, the administrator will process your name, company name, address, e-mail and telephone number as necessary.
Data Security
The Administrator implements technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, or access by unauthorized parties.

Persons with access to your personal data and processing time
The administrator and his authorized employees will have access to your personal data only for the period strictly necessary and to the extent necessary, if necessary to provide the service and meet legal requirements.

Rights related to the protection of your personal data
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, correct or supplement your personal data, request restriction of processing, raise an objection or complaint against the processing of personal data, request data portability, access to your personal data, be informed of a personal data breach, deletion and other rights set out in the GDPR.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an email to: prodej@uvbtechnik.cz . Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data that the controller processes on the basis of another legal basis, e.g. a legal obligation.
